It is the year 226 M42 The Ultima Segmentum The Morian Sub-Sector
It started as a period of festivities, servants of the God Emperor flocked from far and wide to watch the Space Marines inter-chapter competitions on the Shrine World of Morian Urst.
But as the people of Morian Urst watched and celebrated the Emperor, a hidden threat was awakening. Tombs buried in times long past have started to stir to life once again. The Necron. Without warning, they spilled out from their catacombs, striking without mercy or respite. But the competition did not end, just its nature changed. The Space Marines united and took the fight to the silent doom, beating back initial assaults.
But the Space Marines were not the only ones competing, as the Necron attack just seemed on the verge of utter defeat, a mighty Waagh of Goffs and Evil Sunz hit not just one world, but two. Suddenly, the situation had taken a dire turn for the worst. The very same warriors that were defending against the Necron were moving to travel to the nearby worlds in the system, fortunately, many other servants of the Emperor had been on Morian Urst to watch the games. The Sisters of Battle and the Imperial Guardsmen themselves joined the fray.
Now, heroes like Ragnar Blackmane and Canoness Selena Agna of the Kaurava war lead a stalwart defence. But, can the Sub-Sector be saved from the threat without, and within?

It all began with a simple twist of fate…
During a furious battle with the Master of Magnetism, Magneto, the X-Men lost one of their own as a result of an act of desperation. Jean Grey-Summers gives her life. Though the battle ultimately ended with Magneto's defeat, the X-Men were the ones defeated that day when they returned to the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning in Westchester, New York. This is the final blow for Professor Charles Xavier after his lifelong struggle, the loss of his first student sending him into retirement.
Months pass and The X-Men disband during this difficult transition, leaving his choice in whom he wishes to continue his legacy partly in question. After many heated discussions and careful deliberations, Scott Summers and Emma Frost take command of The X-Men jointly from Charles, Emma acting as Headmistress and Scott as Field Leader. They reopen the school to offer sanctuary to the unfortunate children vilified by a news media with nothing better to do than destroy that which they cannot understand in their fear. Invitations are issued to all former X-Men and allies; some take up the call, and some have yet to be heard from.
Since the reopening, greater challenges have arisen. Politicians and the government appear to be conspiring, framing mutants and stirring up hatred. The Friends of Humanity have initiated a program of mechanized suits to protect the populace against the “mutant threat”. The American people seem willing to believe the worst, causing many mutants to flock to the safe haven of the school. While the X-Men attempt to clear the name of framed team members and juggle the responsibility of providing a refuge for mutants forced underground, the Professor returns, only to be kidnapped. In their search for him, the team catches wind of a potentially far more sinister plot. Meanwhile, the arrival of a new student has caused old enemies to surface.
The fate of all may depend upon the outcome of the X-Men and the students at the Institute. Will you help to shape the New Dawn?
Many canon characters still available in this RPG set at the beginning of the Astonishing line of books. We offer a friendly collaborative environment in which to explore your favorite character with a reality-based storyline encompassing the whole board - heroes and villains alike.
Although Canon Characters are preferred, Original Characters are welcome to apply for student status in the Xavier Institute. Please come and see if New Dawn is the place for your budding mutant to grow.

In a solar system of twelve planets within the Milky Way, the third planet from its sun, a shiny and a blue majestic sphere known as Earth, is being quickly taken over by an Extraterrestrial of great power and intelligence.
Like a vice grip, it takes over the peaceful rural towns first, before finally making its way to the larger metropolitan cities. In a few short hours this creature has multiplied itself like a cancerous cell, spreading its disease across the unsuspecting minds of the weary planet. Those that have not yet been affected by this creature have no recourse but to fight back. But even with all their courageous might they have not the ability or stamina to carry on a fight for long. They too will be taken over.
How will the populations of the Earth win against such a creature of superior intellect and fierce tenacity?
SuperHero League is a DC based RP that has rebooted to where most of the heroes have not met and alliances have not been formed. We have plenty of characters to choose from and we welcome both newcomers to the RP world as well as avid RPers.
We also have a second RP that is based on the Anti-Matter Universe (where Good is Bad and Bad is Good) for those that wish to RP their favorite heroes counterparts as villains! Much of this RP will be based on the creativity of the players involved since much is unknown about the Anti-Matter Universe character's origins. Players will be able to create complete origins for these characters if DC has not yet created them. And don't worry, both RP's will interact with one another from time to time.

The world is changing, evolution is nothing like it once was. There are people who fight for what they feel is right. Many may not agree with the ways humans are running the show. And they are not about to remain quiet anymore. Because now, in this day and age. Things are about to change. The cause of this is only one word: mutants
At Xavier's Institute for Higher Learning, they are full of new, younger generation of mutants that are learning how to control their abilities. They are known as theYoung X-Men. They are being taught by some of the most experienced mutants around. Teachers who are mutants themselves. These teachers are known as X-Men Blue and Gold Team. But they are not the only ones that are living in the school. Another team of mutants that some were once Young X-Men and X-Men. This team is known as X-Force.
Not all mutants feel the same way as the X-Men and X-Force. These different mutants live either on their own as a Loner or are in a group as well. The only difference is that this group of mutants follow a different leader, this leader is known as the Brotherhood of Mutants. Which they follow the master of magnetism known as Magneto. They do not want to make it where humans and mutant live together. But they feel they are homosuperior, which makes them stand above humans. The way they feel it should be.
As there are other groups around the world. There is one that is of high society. This organized group has only some of the wealthiest people in the world. They all share the desire to achieve world domination through political and economic influence, subversive activities and the recruitment of mercenary forces and powerful superhumans. This Inner Circle of people are ruled by the 'King' and Queen' of the group. Along with their 'Lord Cardinal' and 'Lord Imperial' who is also in charge of the club's overt activities. This group is known as the Hellfire Club.
But do not fret, not all mutants are out for their own personal gain. There are some that work together in a group to defeat these other powerful mutants or groups that no one would be able to defeat on their own. We're talking about those Avengers. They are Earth's mightiest heroes, formed to fight the foes no single hero could withstand. The Avengers are the most prestigious and powerful super-hero team in the world, an ever-shifting assemblage of super-beings, adventurers and crime fighters devoted to protecting the planet from menaces beyond the scope of conventional authorities.
These mutants must live day to day with the hassles of being a mutant. The hate, anger, and terrorists acts against human and mutant alike. Just going through the days of being a mutant is hard enough. But now, they have to deal with a world that hates and fears them. How will these mutants live?
And how will you face the life you are forced to live?

There was loss, but there was gain as well. After Jean Grey sacrificed herself to get the jet out, the children and students were taken back to the mansion. The rest of the team went to Washington, to implore the President to make a choice. Giving him the file of what Stryker had tried to do, they left. They had nothing else to do but to wait on his decision and repair the damages to the school.
It's been a month, simply a month. The school is repaired, but that is only the physical damage. Many students still wake in the night thinking they hear things, and much of the staff still have their own nightmares. The only respite has been that Magneto has been quiet as well as the President declaring them not a threat.
Of course, no one knows what goes on behind closed doors, what decisions the government is really making, or what Magneto is doing or has planned. Things have taken a turn no one was expecting and certainly weren't prepared for.
Legacies Undone is a X Men movie verse role play taking place after the second movie. Characters from X Men canon are welcome as well as original characters. We run plots and ideas from our members and are an interactive welcoming site. We will not be using the third X Men movie or Origins as canon but will accept the canon characters from them as starting out. Please be sure to check out the:

For as long as the world has been here, there have always been the strong and the weak. In our time, the strong are the supers, and the weak are the norms. Some have taken to praying on those that are too weak to defend themselves, while others have taken the mantles to defend the world. That is the burden that they have had to hold, for nigh over a century. At the time of World War II, many of the heroes and villains were simple, and began to pop up all over the place. And, over the space of just that time, they have come to keep us safe. Meanwhile, the rest of them have taken to hurting us, taking, and ultimately making our lives a living hell. It is the way of the world, the balance that keeps everything going. But, the final stand is coming.
At the time, no one knew what was coming. That is, until a group of mutant prophets saw something. Something so horrific, that it left them lying as vegetables. Only with the help of Charles Xavier could they discover just what it was that they saw. The final battle between good and evil. That was it. So simple. But, what they saw, was so horrific, it would bring out one of the greatest searches for new power in the world. For nearly three years, the X-men, The Teen Titans, and the Justice League, among others, set out across the world to gain more members. Finally, in the year 2009, it came to a head, on January 15.
Together, the two sides faced each other in the middle of New York City. In a clash, the two collided, and what would come to be known as the War of Grand Sunday(grand Sunday for short) began. For nearly three days, they fought. Both sides lost many fighters, while others were injured beyond repair. But, in the end, a truce was called, in an attempt to quell the fighting. However, during the battle, much of the city had been turned to rubble. As well, among the casualties was Charles Xavier. To the X-men it was the final blow, and with the school destroyed, they began to clean up in the aftermath. Unfortunately, the nightmare had only begun. The Government began a war against supers, and declared all superhero activity illegal. Within a year and a half, all heroes and villains had been registered. Any that fought back against the government were killed, while others were hired to help. For the past fifteen years, the supers have lived among us in secrecy, forbidden from doing the duties. Until now.
Every few decades, one man or woman must step forward to usher their people into a new age. In the year 2025, fifteen years after the events of Grand Sunday, the Super epidemic has grown to dangerous proportions. And only one man has had the resources to step forward. Bruce Wayne, now old in age, he has bought the land that had once held Xavier’s Institute. Thus, The Academy of Tomorrow is born. A high school created not only for the kids of some of the greatest heroes and villains of the world, but, they’re secretly covered by the guise of a prestigious prep school, nearly impossible to get into. One can only imagine the trouble they could get into, should the government find out that once again a hero school exists in the world.
"We took it for granted and now in our final moments, we call out for help and in desperation, but how can they come when we took them away now we're stuck Holding out for a hero until the end of the fight."
