Plot Summary: Hawkigrl is getting restless. She is starting to wonder if the JLA is going soft on her, just because of her age. To get to the bottom of this she decides to head to the JLA control room, hopefully to find J'onn or someone.

It has only been a couple months since Hawkgirl was asked to join the Justice League. She reluctantly joined and didn't know what to expect. Should she be honored or afraid? Hawkgirl started to wonder if all this work was really worth it. I mean she was only in her mid 20's and she was already dedicated to a cause that could kill her at such a young age. She did like living but she liked feeling good about herself as well. All her life she has been alienating herself from others, beating herself up and even going as far as to kill herself. But I guess almost killing herself was a good thing since its what brought her here where she is now.

The hawk womans first day as member of the Justice League was very interesting. She had been greeted by Superman himself and she even shook Wonder Woman's hand who was someone she admired for her bravery. This new world..... its so interesting.... Saying to herself in her head. Hawkgirl had to keep pinching herself and wonder if this whole thing was just a dream or was really real.

Allowing her wings to stretch themselves open, Hawkgirl wondered what exactly she should be doing first. It was only her second day from her arrival into the Justice League, if she had nothing to do then she would rather be back home tending to more suitable needs. All her life she wanted to feel important and now she does. But if she has no use then shes just wasting time and effort on something that no one thinks she can handle. Despite her age she should be given the same opportunities and missions as someone who is older. Age shouldn't be a formable factor into anything.

Scrunching her wings back together, Hawkgirl made her way to-wards mission control in hopes of finding what exactly she was supposed to be doing.

Continuing to make her way to mission control Hawkgirl decided flying would be faster then walking, she was given wings for a reason. Releasing her wings once more they cascaded out and made the first 3 flaps to propel Hawkgirl off the ground. And I thought walking would be faster.... Saying to herself. Gusting her wings she continued her way to-wards mission control.

On her way to-wards mission control she managed to pass the entrance hub of the Watchtower. Not paying attention to where she was going Hawkgirl's attention was adjusted to a new leaguer, someone who she had not seen around. Though she could of been and oldie since Hawkgirl herself was new. Taking the chance she suddenly propelled herself to the left to-wards the woman, who semmed a bit lost.

Now on the ground Hawkgirl was behind the woman, trying to understand why she was so out of it. I mean from what she could tell she was just lost, but people have a funny way of showing it. "Ahem...." Trying to act as if she was clearing her throat. Hoping to get the woman's attention. "Excuse me, if you don't mind me asking what are you looking at?"

It ticked her off..... all day she had been called "HAWKWOMAN" didn't they know she was dead? Well... technically it was her. But not really, only a reincarnation of her from the past. "Its Hawkgirl...." Stating that she wanted to make clear to the woman. Her old identity was Shyera Hall. Not only that but she has had many lives over the past decade, some she tends to relive in precognitive visions she randomly gets.

"It just so happens I am heading there myself. Nice to meet you.... Mary Marvel." That was a little odd. So far she was the only hero to use a first name part of their hero name. "Would you care to go with me? I do hate traveling alone....." She liked being alone. But she did like having company every now and then.

Wasn't too much of a biggie. Other Leaguers were always confusing her for Hawkwoman, nothing to beat yourself up about. "Its ok Mary. Its nice to meet you." She smiled sweetly, hoping to turn the woman's frown upside down. "Shall we be going?" Asking politely. Which was very odd since Hawkgirl was never the type of person to be polite. Releasing her wings Hawkgirl flew up into the air and hoped Mary would follow her.

She did in fact know where the main control room was. She too had gotten lost a couple times, since no lazy bum on the whole Watchtower volunteered to give her a tour. So by memory she leaded the way. But she had a felling Mary might know where it was to, she could be having the same problem as she was. "So why exactly are you going to see Mission Control?" Asking. Hoping not to be to nosey.
